C.L Smith works with the strongest manufacturers of tinplate to offer an extensive line of tin can containers. When combined with the correct 4G combination packaging can become UN rated for shipping hazardous materials with metal cans.
Our line of tin cans contain traditional round paint cans, cone top tin cans, oblong F-style tin cans, and utility monotop tin cans. Round paint can be packaged with lids for your convenience. Lithograph printing is available on all lines of tin cans as long as they meet the required minimum order quantities.
Tin cans have proven to be a strong packaging option for many different industries including paint and coatings, automotive, chemical, lubricants, solvents, adhesives and much more.

Spun Aluminum

Our aluminum containers are noted for keeping out light, oxygen, and moisture and have many more advantages over other containers.  These containers are BPA free and are generally sold into two different markets, Industrial Packaging and Consumer Products.  They are made to contain liquids as well as dry products and can be used with advanced closure systems and liners.

Aluminum containers are light weight, strong (actually become stronger as temperatures drop), offer a high strength-to-weight ratio, do not rust like steel, provide excellent conduction of both heat and cold, are the least expensive metal with electrical conductivity high enough for use as an electrical conductor, are non-magnetic, resilient—can be reworked, act as an excellent reflector of radiant energy, are non-combustible, and do not produce toxic fumes.  They are recyclable without losing properties and characteristics, are very attractive in appearance—accepting many finishing techniques, can be formed into complex shapes without using mechanical joining methods, and are one of the most important materials in history used in recycling programs.
