Heavy Duty Bottles
Our Heavy Duty bottles are designed to accommodate your most difficult products to package. The bottles are produced from high stress crack resistant, prime grade, high-density polyethylene resin. We can also treat them with a fluorine barrier for additional protection.
We use 30 percent more resin than the industry standard to build this “heavy duty bottle.” This assures you of a heavier, stronger bottle, which can be enhanced by the fluorine treatment to stand up to almost any “hard-to-hold chemicals.”
These individual “heavy duty bottles” have been dropped successfully from a minimum of 12 feet without breaks or leakage.
In addition, these bottles have been certified in various UN Combination (4G) package configurations at the most demanding performance levels.
