The Hazardous Material Regulations require that all hazardous material packagings be closed in accordance with the specific closing instructions for that packaging. This includes carton closing tape. HAZPlus certified stock packages are tested with 48mm (2 Inch) Bi-Axially Oriented Polypropylene Pressure-Sensitive Tape (BOPP PST). Manufactured by Vibac, this tape is a high performance, cost-effective packaging tape. HAZPlus stock s this tape in both 48 mm (2 Inch) and 72 mm (3 Inch) widths.
HAZPlus also stocks pre-cut Red Vinyl Tape for use when a secondary means of closure is needed on your hazardous material inner containers. This red vinyl tape is pre-cut and on backing paper for ease of use.
