Configurations – Complete Ready to Use Kits
Internationally recognized 4GV certification allows inner packagings or articles of any type, for solids or liquids, to be assembled and transported in this packaging. See: 49 CFR 178.601(g)(2). All kits have been tested and certified in the HAZPlus® Package Testing Lab and come with easy to follow instructions.

We offer a line of accessories in addition to Loose Fill Configurations – Complete Ready to Use Kits, such as: Poly Bags & Ties; Tape Rolls; Absorbents (such as Vermiculite, hazardous loose-fill particulate, lightweight cellulose particulate, polypropylene sheets); Opening and Closing Tools; Shipping Labels; Hazard Labels; and Placards.
Vermiculite is a highly absorbent loose-fill packaging material with lightweight, absorbent, nonabrasive properties. Additionally, it is fireproof being inorganic. It is an effective material used for cushioning irregularly shaped objects against impact, shock, and rough handling because it is so easy flowing and fills in open crevices. Vermiculite is UN approved making it ideal for shipping hazardous waste, flammable liquids, and industrial products.
